Are we all narcasists

No, not everybody is a narcissist. Narcissism is a personality trait characterized by a grandiose sense of self-importance, a need for admiration, and a lack of empathy for others. While narcissistic traits can be found in some individuals, it is not accurate to say that everyone is a narcissist.

Personality traits and behaviors vary widely among individuals, and narcissism exists on a spectrum. Some people may exhibit narcissistic tendencies or have certain narcissistic traits, but that does not mean they have a full-blown narcissistic personality disorder. Additionally, many people possess healthy levels of self-confidence and self-esteem without displaying narcissistic behavior.

It's essential to remember that generalizations about such complex topics can be misleading. People have diverse personalities and can exhibit a wide range of behaviors and traits.
